The best success factors of organisations are a strong culture as well as committed and motivated employees. Calliola conferences are planned with warmth and years of experience.

The story of Calliola is full of Finnish archipelago history and life. This archipelago and farming estate by the sea on Rågö island in Snappertuna, Raseborg, became a holiday village in the 1960s under the ownership of opera singer Timo Mustakallio (stage name Callio). After Mustakallio, Calliola served as recreational facilities for the management and staff of SKOP Bank for almost ten years. In 1997, a new era for Calliola began. The well-known training and consultancy entrepreneur family Maiju and Kari Kasanen took Calliola into their ownership and tender care. Maiju’s and Kari’s dream was to design and create a different, high-quality and home-like location for conferences, recreation and hospitality services. A great deal of work was put into this, and today Calliola is, indeed, known for its distinct facilities that have a warm atmosphere, its local food that is prepared by top chefs as well as its staff that serves customers with pleasure. Having visited Calliola once, you want to return there again.
With Finland celebrating its centennial, we are celebrating our 20th anniversary here at Calliola. In a changing world of digitalisation, we at Calliola put a lot of effort into the quality of our services, e.g., with this new website of ours.
